Bloomscape

Last spring I tagged along with my husband and visited Hyannis, Massachusetts for the Hydrangea Festival. Im not a gardener, but the blossoms were magnificent.  "Bloomscape" is an interpretation of how the flowers make me feel. Swirling colors and lively shapes dance together like a bouquet caught in a gentle breeze. I wanted to capture the playful energy of gardens and hydrangeas without being too literal, so I let the colors and brushstrokes do the chatting.
