How the Light Gets In

I acquired a roll of wide vellum art paper and decided to work in a larger scale. I used big brushes and made bold moves using a very limited palette of black, white, yellow and a small amount of red. 

It was fun making large expressive movements. Working intuitively, I used a rubber scraper and white paint to cover some parts and emphasize others aiming for a pleasing composition. The yellow took over, reminding me of sunshine and light.
